PROTOTYPE Festival 2018

POSTED BY AS Thursday 01/25/18 12:43PM

“Season after season, PROTOTYPE introduces to New York pieces that shift the whole paradigm of what opera is and can be.”— Observer

We hope that

your heart leapt when Tim met Hawk

you spun out of control with Acquanetta

you were transfixed by a moth's wings

you imagined your first deep dive

you were startled by the quietness of a cymbal

you heard secrets you never imagined

you rocked out for 4 hours with Contemporaneous

you love taking risks in opera as much as we do.

Having you in our audiences makes this Festival what it is. The PROTOTYPE team thanks you for being a part of our 2018 Festival and helping us imagine a new landscape for opera.

See you in 2019!
